pain begets pain

The worst feeling in the world is knowing that you are causing someone pain, especially if it’s because of an action that is unintentional or unavoidable, like death, or absence.

I am so easily annoyed by people. I think this is one of my worst personality traits ever. That, and my impatience. But I suppose my annoyance leads to impatience. Or is it the other way around?

Am I impatient because I am annoyed, or annoyed because I am impatient?

sad things

  1. I was told today by a lady that I look like I am twelve years old. I cried. Except not really, because I already knew this.
  2. I (“illegally”) downloaded, like, 20 episodes of This American Life. Much love to Camille who mentioned it in a Livejournal entry and thus got me hooked. I’ll have to write about some of my favorite stories later!
  3. I am leaving for Korea on Saturday…with an underpacked suitcase, thanks to the uproar caused by aunt and mother when I tried to sneak in some additional, decent pieces of summery clothing. Hmph.
  4. Not a sad thing, but: I love my new MacBook Pro. Seriously. I am now officially a PC-to-Mac convert.
